Vagaro review (2026)
We ran a demo salon on Vagaro for three weeks — bookings, deposits, payroll, reports and two support tickets. Here’s exactly where it earns and loses points.
Vagaro is the best value all-in-one for salons of 1–15 staff: strong booking, built-in POS and marketing at $30–$40 per professional. Its weak spots are a busier interface than GlossGenius and card fees (2.75%) that aren’t the lowest — check Fresha if fees matter most.
