Zenoti review (2026)

The enterprise platform for large salon groups

Zenoti is an all-in-one cloud platform built for large multi-location spa, salon, and medspa groups. It bundles booking, POS, marketing, payroll, and enterprise reporting under quote-based custom pricing that clearly skews toward bigger operators.

QUICK VERDICT

Zenoti's strength is depth: consolidated multi-location management, robust reporting, integrated payments, and AI-driven marketing make it a genuine enterprise system. The trade-off is complexity and cost, with a steep learning curve, heavy onboarding, quote-only pricing, and a typical annual contract that make it overkill for small or single-location businesses.

Pros & cons

WHAT WE LIKED
✓ Deep multi-location management from one system: shared client profiles, a single POS checkout, and consolidated cross-location reporting. ✓ Genuinely all-in-one, covering booking, CRM, memberships, loyalty, commission-based payroll, and marketing automation instead of stitched-together tools. ✓ Integrated Zenoti Payments (powered by Adyen), with a POS that handles cards, Apple Pay, and cash in one checkout. ✓ AI tooling built in, including an AI receptionist for missed calls and automated no-show recovery.
WHAT COULD BE BETTER
− Steep learning curve and a heavy, form-intensive onboarding that can pull staff off the floor for weeks. − Quote-only pricing with high setup and add-on fees, plus a typical annual contract, making it too much for small operators. − Reporting is powerful but complex to customize, and the mobile app noticeably lags behind the desktop experience.
